Terms & Conditions
These terms describe how projects are scoped, delivered, revised and paid for.

Services
Services are described on the Author Services and Business Services pages. The exact deliverables for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins, and only what is confirmed in that scope is included.
Scope of Work
Each project has an agreed scope covering deliverables, formats and the number of items included. Additional work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates that depend on receiving materials, feedback and approvals promptly. Delays in supplying content, files or approvals may move delivery dates.
Revisions
A defined number of revision rounds is included in each scope. Revisions cover refinement of the agreed direction; a change of direction after approval is treated as new work.
Client Responsibilities
You confirm that manuscripts, images, logos and any other material you supply are yours to use, and that account access provided for platforms is authorised by you.
Payment Terms
Pricing depends on project scope and is confirmed in a written quote. Editable field: state deposit amount, invoice schedule and accepted payment methods once confirmed.
Cancellation
Either side may end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point remains payable, and files for completed work are handed over once outstanding invoices are settled.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your book, brand and supplied materials. Ownership of delivered files transfers to you on full payment. Completed work may be shown as a portfolio example unless you ask otherwise in writing.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Marketing improves visibility and presentation; it cannot guarantee sales, rankings, bestseller status, reviews or follower numbers. No such outcome is promised as part of any service.
Third-Party Platforms
Some work depends on external platforms and their policies, which can change without notice. Those changes are outside the control of this service.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated over time. The version published on this page at the time your project is confirmed applies to that project.
